A mining robot developed from the Claymore design. The Wolfram is not designed for combat, but is often used by arena fighters who can't afford anything better yet.

The HMC-6 Wolfram is a battroid developed for mining. An old unused Wolfram can be found deep inside the Hogye Mines. Its Mining Laser is too inaccurate and slow for a beginner to use well, but it is sturdy enough to walk up to an SF2 opponent and attack with its formidable pick-axe; in any case the player should mount or install more weapons to make it more suitable for combat.
